Hi, my name is Melissa. I opened Pet Crew Grooming Salon in February 2008. I have 31 years experience in Dog Obedience and Pet Grooming. During the 31 years, I have owned my own business for 13 years. I started out by learning how to train dogs here in Indianapolis. There was a grooming shop next door to where I was taking training classes. I started working there, and at a later time, I got the opportunity to purchase the business. In February, 2013, I decided to move the shop to my house to cut down my expenses and to spend more time with my husband and my own pets. As of June 1, 2014, I closed Pet Crew for business. I am now pursuing other creative options such as photography and drawing.
I have had animals all of my life. I have 2 dogs right now, a husky and a pug. I also have cats and horses. My husband said that I was crazy, but I am not. I just love animals. LOL
